  • Onion, chopped2 whole
  • Green pepper, chopped2 whole
  • Dry pasta, your choice1 lb.
  • Garlic, chopped2 clove(s)
  • Can chili beans, undrained16 oz.
  • Can diced tomato, undrained14 1/2 oz.
  • Beef broth1 cup(s)
  • Package taco seasoning1 oz.
  • Mexican -style four cheese
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions


  1. COOK: Pasta.

  2. BROWN: Turkey sausage in oil over medium heat. Set aside.

  3. IN SAME PAN: Brown garlic, onion and green pepper in a little more oil.

  4. STIR IN: Chili beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth and simmer. Add cooked pasta and sausage. Top with cheese and parsley if you like. A salad is the perfect sidekick.

  5. Swap: Substitute chili beans with bean of choice but add one teaspoon of paprika and one teaspoon of chili powder.

  6. TOP: With cheese and parsley, if you like. A salad is the perfect sidekick.
