Veggie Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry

  • Stir-fry dry seasoning mix1 pkg(s)

OR

  • Soy sauce2 tbsp.
  • Honey2 tbsp.
  • Sesame or other oil2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar1 tsp.
  • Bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix or 16 oz bag frozen broccoli16 oz.
  • Sliced green onions
  • Pre - made white or brown rice for four
  • Peanut or other oil1 tbsp.
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil

Instructions


  1. HEAT UP: 4 servings pre-made white or brown rice.

  2. BROWN: Sausage sliced into ½" pieces and set aside.

  3. IN SAME PAN, HEAT: 1 tablespoon peanut, sesame or other oil, 1 16oz. bag frozen stir-fry vegetable mix.

  4. ADD: 1 pkg stir-fry dry seasoning mix OR: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons oil (sesame or other).

  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Grab those chopsticks.
