- 1 Handful celery, diced small1
- Carrots, for dipping
- Celery sticks, for dipping
- 1 Tub cream cheese1
- 5 Tbsp. Sour cream5 Tbsp.
- 1 Handful blue cheese crumbles1
- 4 Tbsp. Hot sauce, or more if you like things spicy4 Tbsp.
- Corn chips, for dipping
LIGHTLY BROWN: Sausage in skillet or medium pot.
REDUCE HEAT, STIR IN: Cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce until smooth.
TOP: With blue cheese and celery right before serving.
DIP AND MUNCH: Carrots, celery, or chips.
REPEAT: Step 4 until the delicious dip has been wiped clean from the bowl.
